Travelling inwards & forwards

Do you believe in destiny? Its timing is impeccable. If you are like me, you believe god or the universe does things in mysterious ways. I have been going through a weird phase in my life and I was wishing for a calm in its strange and unruly waters. And lo & behold, it happened. I went on this work trip, which was just what my soul needed- a quiet place. A place to start afresh.

Sometimes, in the way we live life, we forget what we are truly creating. What our actions are impressing upon this world. Everything we do, in small or big ways, is shaping & creating the future of this world. I forgot what it felt like to be doing that. Doing things with purpose. That there is a bigger meaning to our existence than to just merely be. That actions are powerful. They have the power to script history.

And such journeys, they awaken our sleeping passionate selves that have gotten numb. The parts of us that is an inventive thinker, that can turn the world on its axis. The part that wants to be fearless in a world full of naysayers. I felt like I was revisiting parts of myself that I didn't know I was loosing touch with. It reminded me to never forget what I could do, if I really chose to believe- that every journey in time is meant to take you forward to unknown lands and to inform you of forgotten treasures within too.

We meet people in such instances, people who with their actions change the way we look at the world. I choose to look at the optimistic side, the passionate side in people. People who are trying to rise above the mediocrity and building something valuable that even time can't erase.

A big part of who I want to be is to have an unforgotten legacy, because after you pass on to the great beyond, the only thing that remains are the lives you touched & your legacy is. When you interact with people with such brimming passion, it too makes you want to ponder and be a better version of yourself. It makes you question the purpose of things and that if you truly lived in your most authentic self, you too could create and manifest your potential to reality.
